Wild Alaskan Peri-Peri Salmon with Mushrooms, served with Gingered Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts and simple salad with Lemon/Flaxseed Vinaigrette
Alaskan Salmon
2, 4 oz. Salmon Filets
6 Tbsp. Peri-naise
Organic Turmeric (Ground)
Organic Shitake Mushrooms
Spread Peri-Naise over salmon filet
Sprinkle with Turmeric
Top with Sliced Mushrooms
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes
Gingered Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts

2 cups Organic Broccoli
1 cup Organic Brussel Sprouts
Organic Olive Oil
Celtic Sea Salt
2 tsp. Freshly grated Organic Ginger Root
1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
Heat skillet
Add Olive oil to skillet
Add Ginger to oil
Add Celtic Sea Salt to oil
Add Broccoli and Sprouts to pan and sautee lightly
Sprinkle with Ground Flax Seeds
Simple Salad

Spring Mix
Diced Tomatoes
Diced Red onions
Lemon/Flaxseed Vinaigrette
1 Cup Flaxseed Oil
3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar - Braggs
3/4 Cups fresh lemon juice
