How to make DiChickO's Peri-Peri chicken salad
4 chicken breasts, marinated in DiChickO's Peri-Peri Marinade, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
1/4 cup diced walnuts
1 cup DiChickO's Peri-Naise
Mix together and serve on sandwiches, as a dip, or you can roll it up in a tortilla for party-style pinwheels.
